Smoked Wahoo Potato Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel potatoes and chop into small cubes.
  2. Boil for 15 minutes.
  3. Drain and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add wahoo fillet, olives , capers , green chili
  5. Mix dressing and add to the salad
  6. Serve cold.
