Smoked Wahoo Potato Salad

i make this salad with left over smoked wahoo , but you can use any kind of smoked fish or even canned tunna
Ingredients:
3 large potatoes
1 cup chopped smoked wahoo
1/4 cup chopped black olives
2 chopped green chilies
2 tablespoons pickled capers
1 garlic clove, crushed
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 lemons, juice of
1 teaspoon sumac
Directions:
1. peel potatoes and chop into small cubes.
2. boil for 15 minutes.
3. drain and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
4. add wahoo fillet, olives , capers , green chili
5. mix dressing and add to the salad
6. serve cold.
