Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients well.
  2. Chill for several hours.
  3. Shape into 1 or 2 balls.
  4. Roll in chopped pecans (and/or parsley).
  5. Wrap well; refrigerate or freeze.
  6. Serve with crackers.
  7. I combine first 3 ingredients in my food processor. First process turkey then put in other ingredients and process until smooth.
