Smoked Hot Broccoli Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) container light sour cream
  • 1/2 cup hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup fresh graded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp liquid smoke

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients, pour in a shallow baking pan.
  2. Bake on 350 for 35 minutes or until the edges are a light golden brown.
  3. Serves best with harvest wheat crackers.
