Ingredients:

  • dry rub (we like rendezvous, memphis rub)
  • heavy duty foil
  • note: have added onion slices, garlic, lemon slices, jalapeno peppers before adding the barbeque sauce

Directions:

  1. Prepare ribs for cooking
  2. Place ribs on heavy duty foil
  3. Sprinke with olive oil
  4. Sprinkle with dry rub
  5. Pour desired amount of favorite barbeque sauce over ribs
  6. Seal tightly
  7. Place aluminum package of ribs in pan
  8. Place pan in a 300 degree oven (can bake at 250 degrees, longer)
  9. Cook 3 hours (can cook a little longer)
  10. Remove from oven
  11. CAREFULLY open foil at seam for the most mouth-watering, fall-off-the-bone-oven-baked-ribs ever!
