  1. Combine all in crockpot
  2. Cook on low 8 hours
  3. Place a large bowl in sink
  4. Place a strainer in the bowl
  5. Pour contents of slow cooker into strainer
  6. Discard contents in strainer
  7. Cover and refrigerate overnight
  8. Skim fat off top
