Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie

  1. Mix the flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic salt, and seasoning salt.
  2. Add the cubed chicken to flour mixture, mix.
  3. Add vegetables, potatoes, and garlic.
  4. Add the chicken broth and water, mix all together.
  5. Turn crock pot on low, stirring occasinally for 8 hours.
  6. Topping:.
  7. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  8. Mix egg, milk, and pancake mix.
  9. Pour mixture over the top of chicken
  10. Remove stone from bottom of crock pot.
  11. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minute.
  12. Note: You could also use your homemade pancacake recipe instead of the mix.
