Ingredients:

  • 3 cups thinly sliced carrots
  • 3 tbsp butter or 3 tbsp margarine
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine carrots, water, and salt in crock pot.
  2. Cover and cook on HIGH 2-3 hours or until the carrots are done.
  3. Drain well; stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on HIGH 20-30 minutes.
