  1. Preheat the oven 350. lightly mist a 9x5x3 nonstick loaf pan with olive oil spray
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the oats, 1/3 cup + 1/4 cup of sloppy joe sauce, and the egg whites. Let the mixture stand for 3 min or until the oats begin to sften. add the b eef, bell pepper, onion and garlic. with a fork or clean hands, mix the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and spreqad so theat the top is flat. Spread remaining 1/4 cup sloppy joe sauce evenly of the top.
  4. Bake for 30 min. or until the meat is no linger pink in hte center. let sit for 10 min.
