  1. Heat up the bacon grease or butter in your skillet.
  2. Finely chop onion, bell pepper, and garlic and saute in the skillet til softened.
  3. Add in the tomatoes do not drain and let heat up.
  4. Add in the shrimp and tabasco and let cook til the shrimp is done.
  5. Take up and serve with rice.
