Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients together to make a loose paste. Devein shrimp leaving shells intact. Toss shrimp in marinade to coat. Marinade at least 30 minutes to overnight. (30 minutes is not really enough.)
  2. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in heavy bottom pan large enough to accommodate all shrimp in a single area. Season shrimp with salt. When the oil is hot, add shrimp and cook 1 minute on each side. Add lemon and chilis and cook one minute more. Add garlic and butter. Cook until almost done. Add cilantro and cook until wilted and shrimp just cooked through.
