Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a wide, shallow dish, combine flour, 1 tsp salt and ground black pepper. Dredge chicken pieces in flour.
  2. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Brown chicken pieces. When nicely browned on both sides, drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook 45 minutes, basting occasionally, until chicken is tender.
