Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes in pot of salted water to cover till almost tender,about 10 mins. Drain potatoes.
  2. When cool enough to handle,pierce three potatoes on each skewer.
  3. Whisk together honey,oil,onions,saltpepper flakes and paprika in small bowl.
  4. Grill potatoes over med. heat turning as needed until golden on all sides,about 10 mins.
  5. Remove potatoes to serving dish;baste with scallion-honey mixture.
