Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add the wontons and cook for about 4 minutes; drain.
  3. In a medium soup pot, bring the chicken stock to a boil.
  4. Add the carrots and baby bok choy; cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp, 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add the sesame oil, salt, white pepper, and cooked wontons.
  6. Cook until they are heated through.
