Simple Vegetable Soup With Ground Turkey

Directions:

  1. Heat stock pot or dutch over to medium. Season ground turkey with salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder and cook till almost done, seperating with a spoon as you cook. Add chopped onion and bell pepper and continue cooking until turkey is cooked through.
  2. Open all of your cans of veggies and dump into pot. Add corn, green beans, white beans, peas, tomato sauce, mexican stewed tomatoes, carrotts and chicken broth.
  3. Stir together and bring to a boil. Put a lid on and simmer on medium for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Enjoy with some crusty bread!
