Simple Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 (3 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 cups cold milk

Directions:

  1. Cook rice in water and salt as directed on package.
  2. Cool.
  3. Mix pudding and cold milk as directed on box.
  4. Add cooled rice and mix well.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
