Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. 1.) Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix with an electric mixer.
  2. 2.) Set stove to #7 or 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease pan with 1/4 teaspoons oil and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  3. 3.) Turn with plastic pancake turner when bubbles begin to form and pop on top side of pancake. DO NOT push down on pancakes to flatten.
