  4. Mix honey,and orange juice with brown sugar. Spoon glaze over ham during the last 15-30 minutes of cooking.
  5. PINEAPPLE-APRICOT GLAZE:.
  6. Combine apricot jam and pineapple juice with brown sugar. Spoon glaze over ham in the last 15-30 minutes of cooking.
  7. RED CURRANT GLAZE:.
  8. Stir dry mustard and horseradish into red currant jelly. Spoon jelly mixture over ham in the last 15-30 minutes of cooking .
