Simple Bisquick Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Put Bisquick in a large bowl and set aside.
  2. Mix bananas, sugar, eggs and lemon juice in a blender.
  3. Add cream cheese in chunks and blend.
  4. Add all this to the Bisquick and mix well.
  5. Bake at 350 for one hour.
