Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. With an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except Craisins and mix well.
  3. Fold Craisins into batter.
  4. Pour batter into a greased and floured bread pan.
  5. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
