Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) packet of softened cream cheese
  • 5 tbsp. of softened butter
  • 1/3 cup. of packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup. of flour
  • 1/2 cup. of sugar
  • 1 tbsp. of lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. of vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. of milk

Directions:

  1. First you need to preheat the oven 350 degrees.
  2. Now take a bowl and add butter, brown sugar, and flour and blend this until it is coarse crumbs.
  3. Then you can add in 1 cup of mix aside.
  4. Now take your cheesecake pan and pour graham mix inside.
  5. Let this bake for 15 min.
  6. Now you want to take another bowl and add the sugar, cream cheese, and blend until creamy.
  7. Now blend in the egg, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla.
  8. This whole mixure will go over the graham.
  9. On top of this add brown sugar mix.
  10. You will want to let this bake approx. 25 min.
  11. Then you can let it chill for at least an hour.
  12. Cut into squares.
