Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of shrimp (already peeled is easier)
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup. white wine ( any white will do )

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in pan with wine and garlic
  2. Add shrimp
  3. Cook about 3-5 minutes or until turns pink
  4. Remove from heat
  5. Sprinkle in parmesan until lightly dusted
  6. Serve on decorative plate
  7. May use toothpicks or appetizer utensils to serve
  8. On a more casual note....................grab lots of napkins and use the ones god gave us. There more fun, and you won't have to make a special trip to the store.
