SHRIMP LUNCHEON SANDWICHES Pretty and Pink!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (3 oz) package cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp catsup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 cup chopped canned shrimp (even tho i live in new orleans and can readily get fresh shrimp at good prices, i still make this wi)

Directions:

  1. Combine all in food processor-process til very smooth.
  2. Spread on crustless, buttered bread triangles.
