Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Bring the chicken broth to a boil. whisk in the grits, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Pour intro a large bowl.
  4. Stir in 1 cup of the cheddar chees, all of the Paremesean cheese and eggs.
  5. Season to taste eith black pepper.
  6. While grits cook, melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  7. Add the mushroom, ham and green onions and saute until the mushrooms are golden.
  8. Stir in the garlic and sherry and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Stir the mushroom mixture into the grits.
  11. Sprinkle theshrimp with the garlic salt and stir them into the grits.
  12. Pour into a greased 3-quart baking dish.
  13. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheddar cheese.
  14. Bake 30 minute, until the shrimp are done.
