Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Process all except last 5 ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Add shrimp to blender with parsley and scallions. Process(pulse) only until small chunks of shrimp are visible.
  3. Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika.
  4. Garnish with stuffed olive slices and serve with crackers.
