Directions:

  1. Spread the cream cheese on the bottom of class dish (8x8)
  2. Remove tails from shrimp and cut into small pieces
  3. Finely chop onions
  4. Mix shimp, cocktail sauce, onions together
  5. Pour over cream cheese
  6. Sprinkle with shredded cheese
