Ingredients:

  1. Boil 4 cups of salted water add 1 Tbsp of the old bay seasoning. Boil the shrimp for approx 2 mins (depending on size.) Remove with a spoon and soak in a bowl of ice water. Drain shrimp and cut in half. Add the lemon juice, lime juice, 1 tbsp of old bay, cover and refrigirate for 45 mins. Mix in onion and seeded chopped chilie and refrigirate for another hour. Cut up tomato, cucumber, avocado and mix in cilantro, salt and black pepper. Slowly combine with the shrimp mixture. Add the juice of 1 orange and season to taste.
