Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Marinade all ingredients except the Cucumber slices, and only use 1/2 of the cilantro in the marinade.
  2. Place marinade in fridge for 3-4 hours.
  3. Remove and serve on cucumber slices, garnish with remaining cilantro.
  4. Recommended beverage: Corona well chilled, or any Mexican beer.
