Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the broiler
  2. Trim the crusts from the bread, then cut into 20 shapes, 2 in. round cookie cutter, triangles, etc...
  3. Tear enough of the bread trimmings into fine crumbs to measure 1/2 c., set aside
  4. Mix butter and thyme, brush evenly onto the bread cutouts, place in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet
  5. Broil about 2 min. or until golden brown
  6. Mix together bread crumbs, shrimp, cheese, mayo and salt
  7. Spoon onto toasted cutouts
  8. Broil another 8-10 minutes or until hot and bubbly
