Shrimp & Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 lb shrimp
  • 4 tsp canola oil
  • 1 lb broccoli
  • 1 cup asparagus

Directions:

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients together until smoothe
  2. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil, add shrimp and cook until pink. remove from heat and keep warm.
  3. Stir fry onions, garlic and ginger with remaining oil for 2 minutes. add broccoli
  4. Stir in cornstarch mixture. bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. add shrimp and heat through.
