Shrimp Blue Cheese And Mushroom Salad

  1. Mix egg yolk and mustard with whip then add vinegar.
  2. Slowly pour in salad oil while whipping then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Wash butter lettuce and endive then toss with dressing and sprinkle with pepper.
  4. Add shrimp, cheese, mushrooms and parsley then toss gently and serve.
