Shrimp Artichoke And Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Defrost 1 box frozen spinach in microwave.
  2. Drain.
  3. Heat skillet 1 minute on medium high.
  4. Add 1 (12-ounce) package frozen shrimp scampi; sauté 7 minutes.
  5. Add 1 (8.5-ounce) can artichokes, drained and quartered.
  6. Add 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs, 4 tablespoons sour cream, 3 tablespoons bacon crumbles and 1 cup parmesan cheese.
  7. Stir.
  8. Cook 3 minutes or until cheese melts and shrimp is fully cooked.
  9. Serve with crackers.
