Stuffed Shrimp With Prosciutto

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix everything but the shrimp in a bowl.
  2. Make a slit in each shrimp so they lie flat, shell side down.
  3. Fill each with stuffing.
  4. Place shrimp in a baking pan with a little bit of water to coat the bottom.
  5. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minute.
