Shrimp and Mirliton Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 celery ribs
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning (like tony's chacerrie)

Directions:

  1. Chop onions, celery, and garlic fine. A food processor can be used.
  2. Melt butter in a large saute pan until it stops foaming.
  3. Add the vegetables and saute until softened (5-8 minutes).
