Shortcut Shepard's Pie ( Shepherd's )

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the mixed vegetables according to the pkg directions.
  2. Drain and add onion, flour, butter and canned milk.
  3. Cook until thickened.
  4. Stir in meat and any meat juices there may be.
  5. Heat to boiling and turn into a greased 2 qt casserole.
  6. Top the mixture with mashed potatoes and grated cheese on top.
  7. Put under the broiler until the cheese melts.
  8. Serve at once.
