Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter, shortening and sugars until well blended.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and whisk together well or sift (whichever you prefer).
  4. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and blend well.
  5. Stir in oatmeal flakes and peanut butter cup morsels.
  6. Spoon onto a lightly greased cookie sheet with a tablespoon. (I use parchment paper).
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-13 minutes until lightly browned.
  8. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
