Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Cream: butter and sugars together.
  2. Add: eggs and vanilla.
  3. Sift together and then mix in:.
  4. Flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  5. Stir in: quick oats, chocolate chips and coconut.
