Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 oz) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 (5 oz) package instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup sherry wine

Directions:

  1. Mix together to cake consistency. Pour into 2 greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
