Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 1/2 oz) box yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut (found by the alcohol mixes in the grocery store. this is not coconut milk.)

Directions:

  1. Beat everything together for 2 minutes if using a mixer.
  2. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
  3. Bake for 1 hour at 325.
