Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook beef with oinons and sweet pepper.
  2. Add rest of ingredients, except potatoes and mix.
  3. Pour into 1-1/2 quart casserole dish; spoon mashed potatoes around edge of casserole.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 25 minutes or until hot.
  5. Makes about 3 cups.
