Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes according to package.
  2. Cook beef and onion in skillet over medium-high heat 5-6 min, stirring til beef crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain and return to skillet. Add carrot. Stir in flour, 1 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper. Add broth and cook, stirring constantly, 3 min or til slightly thickened. Spoon into lightly greased 11x7" baking dish.
  3. Combine potatoes, egg, 1 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper. Spoon over beef mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 25 min. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
