  1. Keep the potatos and cheese to one side.
  2. Put the mince, onion, tomato paste, tomatos, mushrooms, carrots and gravy in a pan. Heat over a medium-high heat until the mince is cooked.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer until the liquid is reduced to desired consistency.
  4. Place in an oven proof dish.
  5. Mash the potatos and place on top.
  6. Add slices of cheese.
  7. Heat in an oven until the cheese is melted/browned.
