Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, cook bacon, onion, garlic and oregano until bacon is crisp.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, olives and beef.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, combine mashed potatoes, eggs, butter, parsley and salt; mix well.
  6. Spread half of the mixture onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9 inch pie plate.
  7. Top with the beef mixture and then make a top shell with the rest of the potato mixture.
  8. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes.
  9. Brush with melted butter.
  10. Bake 10 minutes longer or until golden brown.
