Shawns Kicked Up Quesidillas

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cuo of monterey jack or mexican cheese mix
  • 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil or butter

Directions:

  1. You can Grill or broil them.
  2. I usually Grill them because it's easier to make sure they don't burn.
  3. You can pretty much put anything on them that you have a taste for at the moment.
  4. Again they go great with a cold beer!!!
  5. I usually use a Griddle also when I make these.
  6. Heat your Griddle up to a medium heat, Place your Tortilla on your Griddle.
  7. Each side for 2 seconds each.
  8. Now place your toppings all to one side of your Tortilla.
  9. Fold over turn it over one last time.
  10. Put it on a plate cut it and enjoy:)
