Shallot Dijon Dressing

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and dice a shallot (or more depending on how much dressing you are making)
  2. Sautee in pan in a little olive oil
  3. Once browned put in a mixing bowl
  4. Toss a good tbs. of the dijon mustard in the bowl
  5. Pour several drops of worcestershire in the bowl
  6. Add one part sherry vinger and mix all ingredients
  7. Slowly stir in three parts olive oil
  8. Drizzle on to salad.
