Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup peanut oil

Directions:

  1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl and gradually whisk in oil, and continue whisking until dressing is slightly thickened and smooth.
