Directions:

  1. Combine mashed avocados with sour cream, garlic, salt, lemon juice and Tabasco to make guacamole. Or use your favorite guacamole recipe.
  2. Layer ingredients in a shallow dish in the following order: lettuce, guacamole, onions, 1/2 of the cilantro, 1 cup Corn & Black Bean Salsa , 1/2 of the cheese and olives, remaining cup of Cochise Corn & Black Bean Salsa, the rest of the cheese, olives and cilantro and the tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips and fresh vegetables.
