Sesame Salmon Over Noodles

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rinse and pat fish dry.
  2. Place in a nonmetallic container, set aside.
  3. Combine soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice brown sugar, oil gingerroot, cilantro and 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds in a small bowl pour mixture over fish.
  4. Marinate in refrigerator 1-2 hours.
  5. Place fish and marinade in a med.
  6. Nonstick skillet with a lid.
  7. Cook fish over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, flip once during cooking serve fish and sauce over noodles.
  8. Sprinkle with green onions and remaining sesame seeds.
