Ingredients:

  • 4 -5 eggs (or 4-5 , beater equivalent)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 -4 cups berries

Directions:

  1. Using the whisk attachment on either your stand mixer or hand mixer – mix eggs and sugar until frothy texture, pour over berries and enjoy.
