Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a 9-inch pie plate... stir together flour, cheese, and paprika.
  2. Dip potatoes into the milk, then coat with flour mixture
  3. Put on a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan
  4. Drizzle potatoes with melted butter
  5. Bake in 400' F oven for 45 - 50 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender and browned.... turn potatoes over after about 25 minutes...
  6. ...........................................................
  7. While the potatoes are baking in a medium bowl ...stir together all dip ingredients
  8. ..........................................................
  9. Serve hot potatoes with dip.
